I have used Elm Grove Travel on numerous occasions and have been very happy. The staff there is very knowledgeable. When my family went to Jamaica they paid close attention to what each person wanted to do and helped us plan our tours to make everyone happy. More recently when booking a business trip I had to change my flight around after it was already confirmed and Jenny was very helpful and got it done.
