I can't believe this place can stay open in Elm Grove. Worst service I've ever experienced. Would not wash my comforter, but would dry clean for $50 & a 4 day wait. Girl at the counter was ridiculously rude. Tried to hide when I walked in.
Highly Reccomend. They are very friendly and bend over backwards to help me out. They got a big stain out of pants that I didn't think was possible to get out. I signed up for their pick up and delivery service and love it.
I had a white down jacket that I spilled coffee ALL over, I really didn't think anyone could get out the stain. I went to martinizing because I just really wanted to at least try and I couldn't believe they actually got out the WHOLE stain! There wasn't even a drop of coffee that was visible! I highly recommend going to the martinizing in elm grove!

Set a stain in my dress slacks instead of removing it. I've removed more of similar stains with my own effort. Slacks now need to be discarded and replaced. At least they did not charge me for ruining them.
