I went in here to get a screw matched for a desk. The guy took one look at it, instantly identified it, and led me to the one I needed. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Best hardware store I've ever been to. Staff is plentiful and knowledgeable. I've had an excellent experience every time I've been there. Went to many places looking for a t-bolt clamp, which every other store didn't carry or knew existed. The helpful staff at Ace knew exactly what I needed and where it was.
This is the best hardware store in South eastern Wisconsin. I will happily drive out of my way to shop here. They have great a selection, the prices are reasonable and their staff is plentiful and provides fantastic customer service. 10/10 will shop again.
Beautiful stores. Went to Elm Grove today and was amazed with all they carry. Started at Capitol Drive and have purchased about 35 snowmen hand soap with Christmas Carols played when the person pumps the hand soap. Great gift for $4.99!!
